Continue to Bluff Point walking track for sunset, just off the southern end of Kemp Beach. A short 700m incline will get you to Turtle Lookout. Visit Great Keppel Island

A visit to Yeppoon is not complete without visiting Great Keppel Island. You can opt for a day trip, however we would recommend staying for a night or two if you have the time. Catch the 30 minute ferry with Keppel Konnections. They run this passenger ferry twice daily. We spent our days hiking, snorkelling, and diving the beautiful waters.

Emu Park

Tucked away up the coast you’ll find this small untouched coastal town 20km from Yeppoon with stunning beaches and the singing ship monument and centenary of ANZAC memorial walk.
